Russian-Swiss Science Association (RSSA), created on January 5th  2011,  is a non-profit organization whose main goals and objectives are:
  • support initiatives of cooperation of Russian-speaking scientists in Switzerland
  • development of cooperation between scientists, scientific organizations and industrial enterprises of Russia and Switzerland
  • developing and maintaining contacts and relationships with researchers, associations, scientific and official organizations in Russia, Switzerland and other countries
  • dissemination of information, assistance in the implementation of scientific achievements, initiating and participating in those projects in Russia, Switzerland and other countries, which are primarily related to the modernization of educational, scientific, research, engineering and other activities in Russia.
The initial intention is to create an information space, which all Russian-speaking scientists and engineers, working in Switzerland can use to be informed or share information about relevant opportunities, projects and events or find partners for Russia-related projects. The Association operates from its own funds, donations, sponsorship grants and other financial support directed towards implementation of the projects consistent with the goals and objectives of the Association.
